Order processing

All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse in the European Union - Spain. We process orders Monday through Friday, normally the day after sending the invoice to the customer for final confirmation.

Please note that we do not dispatch orders on weekends. During holiday periods and sale seasons, additional processing time may be required.

Delivery timeframes

After those 2 business days for processing, please allow 3 to 5 additional business days for courier delivery depending on your country, since we do use the lowest rate service available.

USA, UK, Canada and other customers should be aware of national tariffs, brokerage and related customs delays that may affect delivery timeframes.

Customs duties, import tariffs and local taxes

If you are an EU customer, you will see our prices directly in EUR. Otherwise, they will be automatically shown in your local currency.

If you have a valid European VAT number you can request us to waive the VAT at the moment of ordering.

Your local import tariffs, taxes, brokerage and related fees may be eventually charged once your order arrives at its final destination, depending on your own customs and fiscal regulations.

Payment of these additional charges are your responsibility and will be directly paid by you to the courier company on delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs in your country.
