Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy in the European Union.

It means that you have 14 days after the reception of the parcel to eventually send back your item and request for a reimbursement excluding our shipping costs, in case we sent them free of charge within the European Union. There will also be a small restocking and handling charge (25 EUR).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same and identical condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Make sure that the case in not damaged and inmaculate. You will also need to include the receipt or invoice as proof of purchase and pay for the shipping back.

To start a return, you must first contact the reseller you purchased the device from, not us, since they may apply their own terms and conditions.

If you purchase from this web contact us direct at info@speechware.be. If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label (RMA), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package at your own expenses. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Eventually, upon request, you must be available for a quick video conference to check further details about your device.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue properly.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method less free courrier shipping. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
