Refund policy

We do operate a 14-day return policy from the date of receipt and only for purchases from this website within the European Union (EU), as it is now compulsory for European customers. To qualify for a return, items must be:

• In their original and unaltered condition
• Complete with all accessories, tags and packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase from us (invoice).

Return Process

Send us your return request within those 14 calendar days after delivery at info@speechware.be. Please add a picture or video of the state of the product.

We will then provide you with:

• A return merchandise authorisation (RMA) number
• The address for shipping.

Please note that you will have to bear the return shipping expenses.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will immediately:

• Notify you of the inspection outcome
• Process the refund to your original payment method.

Please note that we may apply a deduction for diminished value resulting from client's handling, prolonged use or testing, beyond what is necessary to establish the item's nature, characteristics and functioning: cleaning, functional verification and repair if needed.
