Shipping Policy

Order processing 

All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse in Madrid, Spain. We process orders Monday through Friday, within a couple of business days from the order date and normally dispatched the following business day after processing.

Please note that we do not dispatch orders on weekends. During holiday periods and sale seasons, additional processing time may be required. 

Delivery timeframes 

After those 2 business days for processing, please allow 3 to 5 additional business days for courier delivery depending on your country.

UK and recently USA customers should be aware of potential Brexit or tariffs related customs delays that may affect delivery timeframes.

Customs duties and local taxes

The prices displayed on our site and invoice are in EUR including the European tax or VAT of 21% if you are browsing from Europe and therefore subject to it. Otherwise, there will be automatically shown in your local currency without those special taxes and local custom tariffs.

However, if you have a valid European VAT number you can request us to waive the VAT at the moment of ordering. We will check if the number that you provide is valid.

Therefore, your local import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be eventually charged, once your order arrives at its final destination, depending on your own Customs and fiscal regulations.

Payment of these additional charges are your responsibility and will not be covered or borne by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs in your country; i.e. Brexit related delays. For further details on charges, please contact your local authorities.
