We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request for a return only.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same and identical condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Make sure that the case in not damaged and inmaculate. You will also need the receipt or invoice as proof of purchase.
To start a return, you must always contact the reseller you purchased the device from, not us, since they will apply their own terms and conditions.
If you purchase from this web contact us at email@example.com. If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label (RMA), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package at your own expenses. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Eventually, upon request, you must be available for a quick video conference to check further details about your device.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue properly.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
